The scooter seat cover is an simple elasticated cover that fits over the seat and backrest of your scooter seat to stop to protect your seat from the rain.
A hook and loop strap secures it around the base of the seat.
The cover is fully waterproof and fits a standard mobility scooter seat. (Not suitable for Captain Seats)
