Delivery Information

Your goods will be processed as normal and shipped within 3-5 working days. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days from dispatch for most of the UK mainland. Delivery addresses located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will incur additional charges. Please contact your nearest Modern Mobility store for further information.

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, or a third party courier. Please note: Courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery.

Engineered Delivery

A trained mobility engineer will come out to deliver your product at a pre-arranged convenient time that will be arranged for delivery with ourselves upon commencement of your order.

Estimated Delivery 7-10 working days – delivery price (UK mainland only) From £30

  • All products receive a full pre-delivery inspection and are assembled prior to delivery.
  • You will receive a comprehensive free demonstration to ensure you are fully aware of how to use the equipment.
  • We will then give you an essential user safety brief and leave you with a manual to cover all aspects of daily use.

Express Delivery

On selected products, we can offer a quicker turnaround on delivery, so you don’t have to wait for the standard 3-5 working days we can have it for you within 48 hours of your order being placed*.

*We aim to get your express order out to you within the time frame quoted but on rare occasions due to manufacturers’ issues/cut-off time for your order (any applicable order placed after 3 pm will not be processed in time)

Delayed Orders

Occasionally we run out of certain products. If you place an order for an item we are currently waiting for, we will wait 5 days to see if it’s delivered to our warehouse. If not, we will send out the item(s) we do have in stock, with the remaining items going onto back order.

Delivery Address

Once your order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect your order once it has been processed. For these reasons, please supply us with a delivery address where you know somebody can sign for your parcel.

If nobody is available to sign for your parcel then a card will be left at the address. You can then arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
