Motability
Many people don’t know you can access powerchairs and mobility scooters through the Motability scheme. The scheme redirects your qualifying benefits to cover the costs of the mobility scooter or powerchair you choose.
If you decide to get a car or wheelchair accessible vehicle through the Motability Scheme instead, you are also entitled to a subsidised wheelchair as organised by your chosen dealership.

Finance

To be eligible, you simply:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Be a permanent UK resident

To access this, you just need to show some sort of proof that you are in receipt of a disability-related benefit.
