Modern Mobility Clitheroe
We are in the heart of the historic market town of Clitheroe and located just a few hundred yards from the famous tourist attraction of Clitheroe Castle.
We are a proud supplier of a complete range of mobility aids for the Ribble Valley and Clitheroe. Mobility aids include: mobility scooters, wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, and walking aids such as walking sticks and rollators.
We also fund and operate Clitheroe’s own private ‘shopmobility’ scheme, available six days a week to all elderly and disabled shoppers. It now has a membership of over 3500 individuals – and still rising!

Our mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs make a huge difference to your mobility. They are easy to store and charge, and there are lots of options to choose from. We can help you choose which model and make will best suit you and your lifestyle.
If you are eligible for the Motability Scheme, you can exchange your qualifying mobility allowance for one of our selected mobility scooters or powered wheelchairs.
Did you know
Most powered wheelchairs and scooters cost less to lease per week than your mobility allowance. So the rest of your allowance is paid directly to you.

Modern Mobility Leicester are proud to announce that we are a member of The National Federation of Shopmobility. If you join the our shopmobility scheme. You can hire wheelchairs, mobility scooters and powered wheelchairs with shopmobility.
It is FREE to become a member. Voluntary donations can be made but it isn’t compulsory.
