The Freeway is a standard width 4-leg walkers and weighs just 13lbs (5.8kg). Features folding seat, underseat caddy with zipped pocket and cover, adjustable handle heights and choice of seat heights.

All you need to do is add everything to your basket and when you are ready to checkout just simply click the shopping cart icon in the top right of the screen. Once you have entered your details you will be asked ‘Are you eligible for VAT Exemption?’ and if you qualify click the ‘Disability VAT Exemption’ option and continue to fill in the form once you have completed the form your cart will change to show VAT at £0.

The Uniscan Freeway Walker is a four-wheeled rollator that is robust and lightweight at just 5.8kg (13lbs), and it has many of the features typically seen in more expensive walkers.

The walker’s features, which include height-adjustable handles, a rest seat (without a backrest), and safety pressure breaks that are activated by pressing weight onto the frame, make it the perfect choice for anyone with weak hand strength.

Also, there is a walking stick holder, an under-seat caddy with a zip pocket and cover that is perfect for keeping small objects or groceries, and a special automated locking system that locks the frame securely when folded and unlocks it quickly and easily.

Seat heights
Seat height should match a chair you can comfortably sit & rise from		 17″ 19″ 21″ & 23″
Handle heights
Handle height should be level with your wrist when standing to walk		 There are 3 settings on all models that adjust in 2″ (51mm) increments. The first setting is always 10.5″ (267mm) above the seat height. For example, a 19″ (483mm) seat height will have handle heights of 29.5″ (749mm), 31.5″ (800mm) and 33.5″ (851mm).

Depth Open: Ranging from 20″ (515mm) for the 17″ model up to 25″ (630mm) for the 23″ model
Closed: 11″
Braking System Safety Pressure Brakes – apply weight down onto the frame to activate the brakes. This system is ideal if you have limited strength in your hands. We can make this braking system with either heavy or light springs to suit your requirements. This brake only engages whilst weight or pressure is being applied down on the frame.
Locking Lever Cable – these operate like those on a bicycle to “slow” the walker but also feature a “parking brake” for when you want to rest.
